Abstract

Dr Pérez-Stable received the 2024 John P. McGovern Award and delivered the McGovern Award Address at the 2024 AMWA Medical Writing & Communication Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, with a lecture titled “Factors in Communicating with Diverse Communities.” This article summarizes some key messages from his lecture for medical writers and communicators.
